This role is for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join an established business in the North West. The role is part of a brand new team and will be instrumental in implementing a CI culture within the business. Client Details Our client is an established company, with 5 sites across the UK. This role will be split between the sites in Chorley and Bolton, with opportunity to be based out of either site. Description Key responsibilities: To drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation. To work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to develop and implement strategies for improvement. To ensure compliance with industry and company standards in the Life Science industry. To provide technical leadership and support to the team. To work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals. To troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. To participate in project management and planning. To maintain accurate records and documentation. Profile A successful CI Engineer should have: Mechanical Engineering background or experience. Proven continuous improvement experience and ability to drive cost-down initiatives. Excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to function and work autonomously. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Job Offer What's on offer: A competitive salary package, ranging from £40,000 to £45,000. Company benefit package.
