Our Client, Rochdale Borough Council, is seeking an experienced Children s Social Worker to join their Team. Fantastic payrate of £39 per hour! Responsibilities of this role: Helping families with complex social care needs and creating personalised support plans. Following the legal frameworks for statutory intervention and make sure the families are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Working closely with different stakeholders and partners to offer holistic support to children and families, addressing their needs and goals. Promoting child-centred approaches that empower children to participate in their own care, prevent further harm, and foster independence. Actively participating in inter-agency planning and decision-making, bringing professional expertise and insights to case discussions and interventions. Communicating assessments and professional judgments clearly and confidently, both verbally and in written reports, including court statements. Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent) Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker Benefits of working through Reed, include: Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
