Our Client, Wigan Council, is seeking a Children s Social Worker to join its Adoption Team. Fantastic payrate of £35 per hour! Are you a Childrens Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity! Responsibilities of this role: Conducting assessments of prospective adoptive families to determine suitability Providing support and guidance to adoptive families throughout the adoption process Facilitating matching and introductions between children and adoptive families Advocating for the best interests of children throughout the adoption process Providing post-adoption support to families as they adjust to their new family dynamic Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent) Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker Benefits of working through Reed, include: Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
