As a team we are committed to improving the lives of young people that come into our care so they go on and achieve positive outcomes in the future.\n\nJob Description:\n\nWe are looking for dynamic youth mentors who have a desire to engage, guide and bring a positive influence in the lives of young people in our care.\n\nAs a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
