Job Scope:\n\nWe are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Children Deputy Manager to join a newly established, compassionate children's residential home. As the Children Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained in a secure, nurturing environment. Your leadership and supervisory skills will be essential in supporting the team, promoting best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly safeguarding.\n\nIn this role, the Deputy Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring care plans, assisting with staff recruitment, training, and development, and managing resources.
