We're currently recruiting Child Care Workers to join our dedicated team where we provide care for children and young people aged 12 to 17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or are living with learning difficulties, neurodiversity, and mental health needs.
This is more than a job - it's a chance to be a role model, a steady presence, and a source of encouragement for young people navigating challenging life circumstances.
About the Role
As a Child Care Worker, you'll:
Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care to children and young people
Support each child's emotional, social, and educational development

Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
(Or a commitment to work toward it - fully funded via our Apprenticeship programme)
