Fresh, quality, rustic dishes with a modern twist and an atmosphere that keeps people wanting to come back again and again.\nWe are now hiring a new chef to join our team In Woburn.\nUsing your prior culinary experience, you ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.\nWe are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.\nOur Chefs are responsible for:\n Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.\n Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business\n Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.\n Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nWhat we re looking for:\n Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.\n Ability to work well under pressure.\n Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n Knowledge of various cooking techniques and production processes.\n Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role\n Candidates must be UK residents to be considered for the role\n You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation.
