This is a Stockport-based consultancy looking aftermercial sector clients, offering, building surveying, valuations, L&T, property management and agency services. The office is 22 strong and you would be working as part of a team of 4 building surveyors focusing on local business. They are based in a business park with plenty of parking spaces for you, but they are also close by to the centre of Stockport.

Your new role

This consultancy works acrossmercial, industrial and road-side projects. You will be working on a great mix of professional and project work with a healthy pipeline for at least the next 3 years.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS or MCIOB with previous experience working in a building consultancy on either professional or project work.
You must have a valid UK driving licence as the role will require you to travel to sites.
Eligibility to work in the UK. Unfortunately, this employer is not able to sponsor visas.
