Business Systems Analyst
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business on projects
Identify business requirements and develop solutions to improve processes
Analyse data and identify trends that can be used to drive improvements
Support IT team with implementation of new software and systems
Provide training to users across the company on internal applications
Resolve issues and troubleshoot systems when issues arise
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
Strong familiarity and understanding of CRM and business systems
Ability to learn on new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
