Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)Location: Leeds Job Type: Permanent / Hybrid Are you a confident communicator who thrives on starting meaningful conversations and uncovering new business opportunities? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your contributions make a real impact? We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support international sales efforts. This role is essential in helping to grow pipeline, working closely with a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to identify and engage with prospective clients. You ll play a key part in nurturing early-stage relationships, qualifying leads and helping move opportunities forward in the sales cycle. Duties and responsibilities: Follow up on inbound leads and respond to marketing-generated enquiries. Conduct outbound prospecting and research to identify new opportunities. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team. Support top-of-funnel sales activity and maintain CRM records. Build and manage target account lists and outbound campaigns. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and 6Sense for research, Deliver insights and initial prospect analysis to support sales strategy, Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and targeting. Join early-stage client calls, assist with demos and handle initial objections. About you: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Some experience in a sales, business development or inside sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify business needs and present tailored solutions. Highly organised, self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with B2B sales and value-based selling methodologies.
