Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens\n\nJob Title: Regional Sales Manager Contract Kitchens\n\nIndustry Sector: KBB, Contract Kitchens, High Rise Residential, Regional Housebuilders, National Housebuilders, Private Developers and Builders\n\nArea to be covered: North West\n\nRemuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + £15,000 uncapped commission\n\nBenefits: Car Allowance, Fully expensed Hybrid car or EV & Full Benefits\n\nThe role of the Area Sales Manager Contract Kitchens will involve:\n\n Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens\n\n Selling into high rise residential contractors, regional housebuilders and housing developers/ national housebuilders\n\n New business development role, will involve getting on the phone and visiting clients face to face (will inherit a small project bank)\n\n Revenue target year two £3m\n\n Average projects from 30-200 plots (but can be much larger)\n\n Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home\n\n Ideally 2-3 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road\n\n Working through a high rise residential and regional housebuilder lists as well as your own contacts\n\n Visiting show plots and marketing suites to identify the relevant decision makers\n\n Presenting pricing exercises, tending for real projects\n\nThe ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Contract Kitchens with:\n\n 2 years+ proven contract kitchen field sales experience\n\n New business hunter\n\n Sold into housebuilders/ housing developers or high rise residential developers\n\n Ideally with a good network of contacts with regional housebuilders or high rise residential developers\n\n Good on the phone\n\n Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident\n\n IT literate\n\n Organised, methodical, good journey planner\n\n Well presented\n\nThe Company:\n\n Est. 70 years+\n\n Circa £30m turnover\n\n 150+ Employees\n\nMitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within: housebuilders, private developers, high rise residential developers, contract kitchens, builders, taps, showers, accessories, brassware, sanitaryware, kitchens, bedrooms, vanity units, wardrobes, bathrooms, interiors, flooring, ceilings, wall coverings, partitions, tiles, flooring and all other associated KBB products
