Location: Norwich, Cambridge or Ipswich Contract Type: Permanent What You'll Do: As the Business Development Manager for the Corporate Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's business development strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Head of Corporate to drive the annual business plan and marketing budget. Client Engagement: maximise opportunities to enhance client relationships and attract high-value work. Intermediary Analysis: Formulate sustainable strategies for developing key intermediary relationships. Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaborative efforts across different practise areas to identify client cross-referral opportunities. Thought Leadership: Oversee thought leadership campaigns and report on their impact. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in business development within a professional services environment.
