Riverview Recruitment is delighted to support an established finance company to find a recent graduate from the Liverpool area that is looking to get into the world of fast paced business sales and work as a Business Development Executive. Our client based in central Liverpool (L3) are a young, innovative but established finance company, aiming at supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs to access funds needed for growth. Their growth has been fuelled by a dedication to providing business owners with the highest service quality.Byproviding flexible finance options, they empower companies to realise their potential to grow, prosper and flourish. Due to rapid growth, they are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the large sales team with new and existing business relationships.They operate predominantly in the Transport & Haulage, Manufacturing, Machinery and Plant sectors. Business Development Executive responsibilities include but not limited to: Excellent telephone manner to handle large volume of outbound calls You will be responsible for calling a database of customers looking to covert leads for the external sales team. You will need to be able to build strong working relationships both with internal stakeholders and external customers. Working in a fast paced target driven environment to build on an already excellent brand and relationships within the finance sector. Able to track and develop customer relations to gain a thorough understanding of how you could add value to their business. Qualifications & skill set - Excellent communication skills - Ability to build relationships with both stakeholders and external customers - Customer centric and excited to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction - Either minimum 2 years work experience and/or recent business graduate ideally within the Liverpool area - Driven by a performance related environment and willingness to progress to Area Sales Manager opportunities What you'll get in return -Base salary £25,000 - Excellent supportive and growing team - Training and exceptional career progression opportunities JBRP1_UKTJ
