Business Development Executive Field based, North West up to £30,000 + uncapped commission Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Macildowie is excited to partner with a leading construction company seeking a Trainee Area Sales Manager. This role is within the construction industry, and you will be dealing with well known Trade accounts.? Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively engage potential clients.? Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.? Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.? Conduct client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.? Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.? Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system.? Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales techniques.? Ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment.? Willingness to learn and develop new skills.?? A full UK driving licence.?
