This consultant will have experience with value stream mapping, process mapping, an excellent understanding of salary spend vs. non-salary spend, and heavy data analysis using Excel (must be advanced in Excel) . This is a contract position requiring travel to client sites. You will work with a small team, contributing through hands-on analysis and storytelling with data. Key Duties and Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their current business state and build credibility Gather and analyze data, conduct interviews, and observe operations firsthand Identify problems, risks, and opportunities Develop performance metrics and reports to illustrate current and future states Evaluate strategies to meet savings objectives Manage multiple tasks using workplans with a high sense of urgency Create reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively Define requirements for tools, systems, and processes recommend improvements oversee implementation including documentation, training, and coaching Perform hands-on analysis until solutions are fully operational Collaborate with peers and foster career development Required Experience and Skills 5 to 7 years of management consulting, professional services, or industry experience Strong critical thinking in data collection and analysis ability to identify gaps and risks, and develop sustainable recommendations Entrepreneurial mindset for collaboration and solution design Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, statistical review, modeling) and Power BI Excellent communication skills for storytelling and presentations Education Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations Management, or IT Master s degree preferred Job Location Travel to client sites will be required based on assignment and contract specifics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
