Business Analyst - MRI (Capita) One (Education Services)
Location: Surrey Competitive Rate Temp Contract

What You'll Do:
Analyse and improve SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and School Transport processes.
Configure, develop, and implement new functionalities in MRI (Capita) One.
Design and enhance MRI (Capita) One portals and forms for better user experience.
Lead end-to-end system development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
Manage change processes to ensure smooth system upgrades and feature rollouts.
Troubleshoot system issues with IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive Business Analyst experience within local authority education services.
Strong expertise in MRI (Capita) One configuration, development, and portals.
Solid understanding of SQL, reporting tools, and technical integrations.
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading system development projects and driving successful change management.
