Building Surveyor Job in Manchester\n\nBuilding Surveyor required for a well-established property consultancy in Manchester, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering commercial real estate solutions across offices, investments, and asset management. Due to recent growth and expansion, they are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office. This role offers up to £55,000 + Bonuses\n\nOur client is a leading commercial property consultancy based in Manchester, this firm specialises in office agency, investment, and asset management, offering strategic advice to landlords, occupiers, and developers. Their hands-on, proactive approach has contributed to some of the city's most notable office deals, shaping Manchester's business landscape. Combining market insight with a client-focused ethos, they provide tailored solutions that drive long-term value.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nHandling commercial building surveying tasks, including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring\nProject Management & Contract Administration for high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with contract values from £50K to £20M\nPreparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants\nWorking with a diverse client base, from corporate occupiers and SMEs to private equity investors and landlords\nContributing to business success through business development, pitching, networking, and PR.Required Skills & Experience\n\nMinimum 2 years post-qualification experience\nAssocRICS or Currently sitting APC\nExperience working for a commercial Building consultancy\nWorking knowledge of JCT contract administration\nKnowledge in Contract Administration and Cost Control\nSomeone with great client management.What you get back\n\nSalary of up to £55,000 Dependant on Experience\nAnnual discretionary bonus - paid every year so far\nFlexible working policy - 37.5-hour week with core hours (10am-3pm), one day WFH, and a 4pm finish on Fridays\nFree gym membership\n25 days holidays plus bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New year\nContinuous professional development will full support with career development.Apply\n\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
