This role offers the flexibility of full remote work, with UK-wide site visits approximately three times a week. Building Surveyor Position Overview Delivering professional and project-related building surveying services across various non-residential sectors. Conducting condition surveys, preparing detailed reports, and capturing precise site particulars. Developing specifications and schedules of work. Collaborating with CAD technicians to prepare comprehensive drawing packages. Preparing project budgets and submitting planning and building control applications.
