Key Responsibilities: Office & Team Management: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the office and manage the team to ensure high performance. Coaching & Development: Provide coaching to your team to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Business Growth: Drive business growth by exceeding targets and finding new opportunities. Valuation & Instruction: Manage the process of valuing and instructing properties for the market. Sales Progression: Handle sales progression and maintain regular contact with clients. Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support for your team. Essential Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in estate agency is essential, with a proven track record of success in residential sales. Ambitious & Results-Driven: Enthusiastic, ambitious, and focused on achieving goals. Communication Skills: Well-presented, communicative, and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills. Drive to Succeed: A real desire to succeed and take ownership of your branch. Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license. What s in it for you?
