A great opportunity has arisen for a maintenance manager to join a leading BMS company. \n\nThe Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations. This role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities, managing maintenance staff, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.\nLead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.\nPrepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to senior management.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications: \n\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Systems Engineering or a related field.\nExperience in maintenance management, preferably within engineering\nHands on BMS experience - Tridium / Siemens\nStrong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in maintenance software and tools.\nRelevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are a plus
