We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at Vivace Cafe & Pizzeria located in Birmingham. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, managing transactions, cleaning and maintaining the caf environment, and assisting with food preparation tasks. The role also involves engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Qualifications Experience in Barista tasks and Food Preparation Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment A passion for coffee and a dedication to providing high-quality service
