B2B Sales / Account Manager (Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time) Due to business growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Sales / Account Manager on a part-time or full-time, permanent basis working remotely. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on managing client relationships, converting a sales pipeline, and contributing to business growth. Operating within the property consultancy sector , we provide expert advice and solutions to public sector clients , helping them navigate property-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, securing new business, and managing client portfolios . Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients Work closely with surveyors, sales, and marketing teams to drive client success Develop and convert a sales pipeline into long-term business relationships Oversee client cases from initial contact to completion Maintain and cross-sell to existing clients, generating repeat business Conduct outbound calls to engage potential new clients Secure sales contracts and book appointments for specialist consultants Manage CRM records with high accuracy to track sales pipeline and client cases Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and sales growth Experience & Skills Required: At least two years of outbound B2B sales experience At least two years of account management experience Experience using a CRM system to manage workload and client interactions Desirable (but not essential): Experience in the healthcare, property, or surveying sectors Confident and professional communication style - friendly, engaging, and approachable Enjoys client interaction and building long-term relationships What s on Offer?
