Resp onsibilities: Manage the delegation and execution of audit assignments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical proficiency. Provide strategic direction and technical advice to clients throughout the audit process. Support Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and overseeing reporting responsibilities. Lead and mentor audit staff, encouraging their professional development and skill enhancement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Ensure audits are completed effectively, adhering to the firm's policies and procedures. Represent the firm by cultivating relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's reputation and presence. Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of managing audit assignments or teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
