Role Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries, ensuring tailored and high-quality delivery Leading the planning, execution, and completion of complex audit engagements in line with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on financial reporting and compliance Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention Developing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Ensuring audit engagements are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, including cross-selling the firm s services Supporting the firm s leadership in the implementation of the overall audit strategy About the Firm This forward-thinking and well-established accountancy practice is renowned for providing exceptional audit, tax, and advisory services to a broad client base.
