Job Title: Audit Senior Location: Norwich plus hybrid working Salary: from £38,000 plus benefits package Our client, a well-established and growing firm, are looking for a qualified Audit Senior to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified professional to develop their career in audit, working with a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will take the lead on audit and accounts assignments, ensuring high-quality service delivery while working closely with senior management. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct audit assignments, both remotely and at client premises. Prepare statutory financial statements for corporate and not-for-profit clients. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to support business growth. What They're Looking For ACA or ACCA qualified. Minimum of three years' experience in an accountancy practice. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in accounting software such as CaseWare, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero (training available).
