Job Requirements Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance at every step Lead onsite audit teams to ensure budgets, deadlines and expectations are met Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries quickly and effectively Supervise junior staff both on-site and in-office, reviewing work and offering guidance Use software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks Manage own workload, regularly updating Managers with work progress Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries Scope out any added-value services to help support the audit function’s continued development Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team Support the wider firm by undertaking ad-hoc work when and where required About the Employer Available with a long-standing firm based in Stoke-on-Trent, this Audit Senior role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant to work closely with a significant client portfolio.
