Role Responsibilities As an Audit Senior, you ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit services to a wide range of clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting external audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, charities, housing associations, and pension schemes Liaising with colleagues, Managers, and Partners to ensure seamless service delivery Coaching and mentoring junior team members and assisting with in-house training sessions Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Ensuring work is completed within required timescales and budgets Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team About the Firm This Inverness-based accountancy practice is renowned for its dedication to client service and its supportive approach to team development. Candidate Requirements Newly qualified CA or ACCA with recent external audit experience Experience in accounts preparation within a public practice environment Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commercial awareness Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues A proactive team player with the ability to work independently when required Demonstrable experience working to budgets and deadlines IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, CCH Audit Automation, SAGE, Xero, and CaseWare IDEA preferred What s On Offer £35,000 to £45,000 per annum Full time, permanent role Flexible / hybrid working Generous holiday allowance Wellbeing support Professional development opportunities Supportive working environment Regular social activities Modern office Inclusive company values Plus more Apply now!
