Role responsibilities As an Audit Semi Senior, you ll lead and deliver high-quality audit and corporation tax compliance services for a diverse client portfolio. Your role will involve: Developing robust audit plans by identifying risks, assessing controls, and understanding client objectives Executing audit plans efficiently, delegating tasks, and managing audit teams on-site Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing feedback and fostering development Drawing conclusions and preparing reports with recommendations for system and control improvements Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance Building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality work and responsive service Working within regulatory frameworks to deliver compliant audit assignments About the firm This Stockport-based accountancy practice is known for its innovative approach and commitment to supporting the North West s leading SME businesses.
