This is an opportunity to take on a significant leadership role with responsibility for managing your own portfolio, working with listed and complex clients, and shaping the future direction of the audit function. As Audit Partner Designate, you will play a key role in managing a varied client portfolio, including listed entities. You will be responsible for leading high-quality audits, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and supporting the development of junior staff. Role Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including listed companies Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring regulatory and listing requirements are met Provide technical input and strategic support on complex audit and financial reporting matters Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and board members Mentor, train, and support junior team members, providing performance feedback and development plans Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for growth within your client base Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of audit processes across the firm About the Firm This progressive and fast-growing accountancy and advisory firm based in London is known for its innovative approach and client-focused ethos.
