Role Responsibilities Managing audits from planning to final sign-off for a range of clients including companies, partnerships, and sole traders Leading client meetings at every stage of the audit, building trusted relationships and escalating where needed Developing and supporting junior team members to strengthen their technical and communication skills Identifying areas for improvement across audit processes, contributing to greater efficiency and client satisfaction? Candidate Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent Proven experience leading audits and managing clients in a practice environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and risk management A natural ability to mentor and motivate junior staff A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail Passion for building long-term client relationships?
