Job Purpose As an Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, overseeing all aspects of the process Reviewing audit work, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team Supporting business development activities, identifying opportunities to expand the firm s services Working closely with Partners to contribute to the strategic direction of the audit department About The Employer This Leigh-on-Sea-based firm is well-regarded for its client-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
