Job Purpose Strategic oversight of the firm's complex and non-complex audit provision, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met. Overseeing a team of experienced audit staff, including managing workflow, reviewing work with constructive feedback, and plugging knowledge gaps with training opportunities. Support the firm's growth by securing new business, recruiting, and training new staff and being involved with all strategic decision making. Lead target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting. Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities. Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients. Champion the firm s values within the team, motivating those around you. Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills. Set an example for the team as a natural leader. Confident to represent the firm within new networks to secure new business. Previous leadership experience at a senior level, with a positive and constructive attitude.
