You will play a key role in supporting junior team members, liaising directly with clients, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the audit process. Key Responsibilities Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion Manage and review the work of junior staff Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards Assist in training and mentoring team members Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Strong audit background within a UK accountancy firm Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
