Job Purpose Work closely with senior auditors to support engagements from planning to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients. Preparation of statutory accounts, as well as reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff. Tax computations. Liaise with HMRC. Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support. Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development. Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance. Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities. Support junior team members by knowledge sharing and supporting their progression. The Successful Applicant ACA or ACCA qualified, QBE or a finalist with previous experience within practice. Experience supporting audits from planning to completion. Adept at the preparation of statutory accounts. A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously. Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written. Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
