Role Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Oversee a portfolio of audit and non-audit clients, managing engagements from planning to completion. Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet their full potential while ensuring high-quality delivery. Collaborate with directors to identify opportunities and provide proactive advice. Monitor billing, utilisation, and workflow to achieve targets and maintain client satisfaction. Manage accounting services like Sage and Xero, providing training and support where necessary. Assist with ad hoc projects and deliver tailored business advice.
