From your regular terraced property through to huge Commercial investments and anything in between, every property presents a new challenge and an opportunity to make an impact. Your valuations will drive the success of the auctions, ensuring both sellers and buyers get accurate, insightful, and market-competitive appraisals. What You ll Do: Conduct in-depth property inspections, identifying key features and assessing conditions. Research market trends, comparable sales, and local demand to provide precise property valuations. Prepare detailed reports and present valuations to sellers and buyers. Attend auction events and support the sales team with valuation insights. Work closely with solicitors, estate agents, and surveyors to ensure legal and market compliance. Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders to grow your professional network. What We re Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in property valuation ideally with some Auction knowledge Skills: Strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the property market.
