We re looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join a property team based in Leeds . You ll be taking ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio identifying opportunities, driving value, and delivering long-term performance. If you ve got a background in commercial property, a keen eye for potential, and a desire to work with a team that values initiative and fresh thinking, this could be the role for you. What you ll be doing: Taking full asset management responsibility across a regional commercial portfolio Identifying opportunities to add value through leasing, refurbishment, reconfiguration or redevelopment Working closely with property managers, agents, and legal teams to deliver asset business plans Managing lease events, tenant relationships, and service charge oversight Preparing and presenting reports to internal stakeholders and investors Contributing to portfolio strategy and acquisition/disposal decisions What we re looking for: Experience in commercial property asset management (office, retail, or industrial) MRICS or similar professional qualification is ideal, but not essential Commercial awareness and an eye for spotting untapped value Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities Confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with tenants and external partners Based in or around Leeds (hybrid working available) Why join us?
