The role of Asset Management Sales Manager reports to the CEO/Executive Chairman/Board and is responsible for Sales Management and Leadership of the Asset Management Sales Team Purpose of the Role To decide on and implement the sales strategy for Asset Management (AM) Portfolio in consultation with the Pantek Ltd Board Key Accountability Outcomes To grow Asset Management ACV sales volume To grow the Asset Management ARR To achieve Customer Experience score targets To grow the number of significant customers To maintain target Gross Margin To meet supplier goals as agreed by the business To enhance Asset Management product sales with other SolutionsPT products KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: Determines team sales plans from sales and marketing strategies and adjusts by analysing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors proposing changes to the product mix as required. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Enables team sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintains team sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains team sales staff work results by counselling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Assists the overall organisation to achieve its goals as an active, contributing member of the sales function and management group. Coordination with marketing to achieve the overall demand generation requirements for the Asset Management Portfolio. Qualifications Degree level academic qualification or equivalent applied knowledge. B2B sales qualification or training completion Specific Knowledge & Experience Proven experience as sales manager, knowledge of the Industrial Software market, knowledge of and experience selling Asset Management Software. Knowledge of Aveva Software and experience working at a Software Reseller is desirable.
