A field sales role promoting a leading range of GRP building products into national and regional house builders. My client has framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.\n\nPackage: circa £45k-£50k basic with a 10% bonus scheme, car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension and access to a group benefits app.\nLocation: East and West Midlands\nProducts: GRP Building products - Canopies, Dormers, Chimneys, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds\nCustomers: National house builders and regional developers\n\nThe Role Area Sales Manager:\n\n Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds.\n\n Framework agreements are already in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning each new development.\n\n Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.\n\n Whilst also prospecting and winning new regional house builders to add to your portfolio.\n\n There are estimating, technical and customer service teams to support you.\n\nThe Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:\n\n You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry.\n\n Applicants who have sold into house builders or developers will be readily received, but it is not essential.\n\n You will be outgoing and confident, someone who naturally builds rapport, and gains trust and respect from their customers.\n\n With first class communication and account development experience.\n\nOur Client:\n\n An established and leading UK manufacturer of building materials\n\n Part of much larger UK based Group\n\n Achieving impressive sustained growth through expansion, acquisition and innovation\n\nApply Now!\nPlease click on the Apply Now link to find out more about this Area Sales Manager role.\n\nIntegra Outsourcing:\nIntegra are a sales recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of field sales professionals on a nationwide basis across a number of market sectors, but with an emphasis on the construction industry.
