Area Manager Pubs Location: North West Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Additional Company Benefits SP Executive Search is recruiting an experienced Area Manager for a leading pub business with a strong UK presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to oversee a dynamic portfolio, drive sales growth, and raise operational and brand standards across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the performance of a portfolio of pubs, ensuring operational excellence Coach, mentor, and develop Pub Managers and site teams to deliver outstanding service and results Drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency across all locations Implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and effective cost control measures Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and brand standards Analyse P&L reports and use insights to optimise financial performance Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders What We re Looking For: Proven multi-site management experience within pubs, hospitality, or food retail Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing costs Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams Financially savvy with experience interpreting P&L reports and improving profitability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for operational excellence If you're a results-focused Area Manager ready to make a real impact in a leading pub business, we d love to hear from you.
