Architect - Advanced Technologies / Data Centres Location: Cardiff Position Type: Permanent Reference: SCO1070878 Closing Date: 01/05/2025 23:59 The Vacancy Architect We are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to join us in our Cardiff studio. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with specific Advanced Technologies / Data Centre experience to support ongoing projects. In this role you will be responsible for the design and technical delivery of both concept and detailed work on projects across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their time efficiently, delivering project work in an organised manner with meticulous attention to detail. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively, bringing a flexible and open approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Revit is Essential and a high level of CAD skill Excellent knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems Highly computer literate Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types Working knowledge of town planning procedures Your qualifications and experience RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations Experienced project runner Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team Experience working within advanced technologies/data centres is essential.
