Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Manager Location: Home / Field based (Must be flexible with travel) Salary: up to £41,500+ Bonus + excellent benefits including Healthcare Plan Type: Full Time,Permanent The Role: Lead, manage and motivate a team ofTeaching AssistantAssessor's, to achieve: sustained high performance, qualityof delivery and businessgrowth in line with our client's standards andApprenticeshipstrategy. Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets. Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviewsandensure team targets are met and/or exceeded. Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews. Monitoring the delivery of Functional Skills qualifications, ensuring learners are achieving in a timely manner. Addressunder-performanceand set out clear corrective actions for improvement. Essential Criteria: Must have experience ofperformancemanaging and motivating ateam of Assessor's delivering on Apprenticeship Standards. Strong administrative and organisationalskills. Possess strong performance management and motivational skills. Excellent knowledge of Ofstedrequirements. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle Must be flexible with travel.
