Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process. Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. Helpful skills and qualifications Dont worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Full UK Driving Licence. Happy to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
