    Job Description

    As an Accounts Receivable clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing all sales receipts and payments
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of all financial transactions
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the accounts receivable process
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate billing
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
  • Follow company procedures and policies related to financial management
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
