What You ll Enjoy Attractive Salary: £45,000 £60,000 DOE Location: Edinburgh Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days working from home with manager approval Flexible Hours: Choose your start and finish between 8am and 6:30pm Private Health Insurance Auto-Enrolment Pension Life Assurance Standard Holiday Allowance What You ll Be Responsible For Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management reports Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency across client engagements Liaising with clients, responding to queries, and offering strategic advice Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify growth and service opportunities What You ll Bring ACA or ACCA qualification Minimum of 2 years experience managing an accounts department and full compliance cycle Strong leadership and team development skills Client-facing confidence with strong commercial awareness Solid understanding of accounting software and reporting systems Why Work With Them Our clients do things differently and it starts with their ethos.
