Accounts / General Practice - Director / Partner - Top 20 Firm - Liverpool - £75,000 - £110,000 Accounts / General Practice - Director / Partner Description: Vaisto Recruitment is working in Partnership with a leading Northwest accountancy practice in their search for an Accounts Director / Partner to join their established Liverpool office. This is a newly created role which will work alongside the Partners, to support the firms continued growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a Director, or experienced Senior Manager ready to take a step up. Extensive experience in general practice is essential, together with strong management skills / the ability to lead and motivate a team. Accounts / General Practice - Director / Partner Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for a client portfolio, developing key client relationships and championing excellence in client service Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards through successful management and delegation to managers and the wider team Collaborating closely with the Partners in business development and networking opportunities Accounts / General Practice Director / Partner - Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in managing a client portfolio at Senior Manager or Director level within an accounting practice. - Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition. - Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide a team. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client relations. - A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
