We have a just such an opportunity within our client, a leading national professional services firm, for a finance Outsourcing Manager, or Senior Manager - depending on your level of experience. The team provide a range of management accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, year-end accounting and other services, and are an integral part of their clients success. Based at either of our clients offices in Suffolk, Norfolk or Cambridgeshire, the Outsourcing Manager/Senior Manager will also, as well as guiding and developing a team of exceptional accountants, partner closely with senior leadership teams not only enhancing internal finance functions but also to advise on how to best improve processes. Regular responsibilities will be Produce management accounts that will provide the foundation for your clients financial planning and strategy Provide key input to developing a thorough reporting pack to empower your clients to make strategic decisions. Produce and review VAT returns. Continuously review and finance systems and processes, drawing on your expertise to offer advice. To be considered you will demonstrate success in an operational finance role, either with a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or classed as qualified by experience. Your technical expertise will lie in management accounting producing and reporting on - VAT, creating accounting functions, setting up systems, and mentoring teams. Working to deadlines, managing multiple priorities with a strong knowledge of accounting systems are commonplace for you.
