They re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Leeds-based Client Services team. You ll be the go-to contact for clients, helping shape and deliver impactful campaigns across print and mail. This is a client-facing role that blends project management, commercial awareness, and creative coordination. You ll manage timelines, budgets and internal teams, all while building strong, long-term relationships that add real value. Skills and Experience We re looking for someone who brings a mix of relationship-building, commercial savvy and operational know-how. Ideally, you ll have: 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within print or a creative agency A strong understanding of print production, creative workflows, and mailing solutions Excellent communication and client management skills A proactive approach and ability to spot opportunities for growth within existing accounts Strong project management skills and confidence juggling multiple deadlines Experience with CRM and project tracking tools (HubSpot is a plus!)
