Job Title: Account Manager Location: Wynyard Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM Salary: £30,000 plus bonus We re looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our client'steam in Wynyard. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company'ssuccess. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Collaborate with your line manager to develop annual strategies and craft compelling value propositions for your assigned accounts. Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, tailored proposals, and timely resolution of queries, ensuring targets are met. Prospecting: Proactively engage with potential new clients and reconnect with underutilised accounts to drive business growth. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to generate leads and share product insights, keeping clients informed and engaged. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, prepare insightful reports, and share key data with your line manager. General Support: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and assist with tasks such as answering phones, ensuring smooth team operations. We re LookingFor Someone Who: Possesses excellent verbal communication skills and a talent for understanding customer needs to foster business growth. Has a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task. Thrives under pressure, maintaining efficiency and composure in a fast-paced environment. Shows a willingness to learn and stay informed about market trends and product insights. (Bonus) Familiarity with NetSuite or similar software - though this is not essential. What s In It For You?
