A multi-billion dollar group, headquartered in the Middle East with a diversified portfolio are opening a family office in Dubai within the next few weeks they are seeking to appoint an experienced EA & Office Manager who will have overall responsibility for managing the Dubai office with optimum efficiency, sensitivity and reliability, as well as supporting VVIPs and a very special member of Royalty with diary management, international travel bookings, arranging meetings and gatekeeping, in addition to ad-hoc duties and assignments.

The Ideal Candidate

You have at least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, managing an Office and team of support staff. Working with a UHNW family, ideally having some paralegal or HR experience, as your legal understanding of contracts will be required.

Highly polished, articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and educated to Degree (or equivalent) level.

Computer literate with advanced proficiency in MS Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Apple MAC OS (X) Services, including iCal and iChat.

Western candidates are preferred for this role.
